Bring along a fruit cake, marzipan and icing and produce a centrepiece for your Christmas celebrations. Decorations can be for a family gathering or something more sophisticated. A list of what is required will be sent out prior to the start of the course; the tutor will provide petal paste for a small charge. This workshop will run for 5 hours with ½ hour for lunch. You will need to provide your own packed lunch Tea/coffee will be provided.
