This course offers you the opportunity to improve your skills around word processing, spreadsheet, presentation software, as well as learning more about file management and improving your productivity by understanding which software to use and when. Before joining this course you will need to take an intital assessment so that we can ensure that you are able to study on a fast track basis and to ensure that we know which areas you require further teaching and support in. Please note this course is not available for online enrolment. Please contact the centre (see back cover) to arrange to attend one of our learner support sessions for an initial assessment to help us to help you plan your learning.
