The programme is designed to enable learners to gain employment within the Salon Industry at management level. The course covers general management skills as well as specific salon related managerial roles to include: Health and Safety Laws; Marketing; Research in the hair and beauty sector; Public relations; IPL hair removal; IPL skin rejuvenation; Advanced Epilation; Micro Pigmentation; Hair colour correction; Hair and Scalp Specialist Services; Manage the creation of a hair collection; Manage the creation of a male hair style collection; Air brush make up; Application of prosthetics; This is just a sample of the units that may be included but there are others and these will be selected and discussed with individual leaners nearer the time.
