The one year Level 1 BTEC Diploma course is an important first step leading onto the Level 2 Diplomas in creative subjects. You will develop skills-based abilities in art, design and interactive media. The course includes modules in traditional art techniques, graphic design, desktop publishing, 3D design and screen printing. A variety of creative skills are developed by you following practical assignments. Student support is provided for students who have specific learning difficulties, hearing impairments, visual impairments and physical disabilities. Subjects studied include: Explore 2D Drawing, Art and Design; Explore 3D Crafts and 3D Fine Art; Explore Photography; Personal Project; Functional Skills in English & Maths.
