The Sport Performance and Excellence course includes both theory and practical sport. It will test your sporting knowledge and your own practical ability by covering anatomy, physiology, sports psychology, sports coaching, sports nutrition and technical and tactical sports understanding. This course particularly suits those wanting a more practical sports course and those maybe aspiring to go on to higher education or enter employment in sports coaching, sports development and sports management.
