Students will continue to build upon their previous studies, including talking about the past. This course is for adult learners who have completed a year 1 or equivalent. You should have a basic knowledge of the language and be able to use the present tense. You will expand your vocabulary on practical topics to enable you to communicate in Italian. We will revise the use of the present tense and you will learn how to talk about the past. The course involves all 4 languages skills: - speaking the language in class (including role-play) - reading short texts - writing notes and letters - listening to the teacher and audio&video material. There will also be some focus on grammar, such as the use of the present and past tense, the use of masculine and feminine, pronouns, prepositions, etc.
