This Level 3 Extended Diploma in Business and Law is a practical, work related qualification suitable for a wide range of students, built to accommodate the needs of employers and allow progression to university. It provides a more practical, real-world approach to learning alongside a key theoretical background.The programme is designed as a specialist qualification for students who wish to have a wide range of options for pursuing a career in a legal or business environment. A day in the life of a Business and Law student may involve carrying out a mock trial, researching law related careers or running an advertising campaign.Students that are successful in enrolling to the CAREER ACADEMY will have, alongside their BTEC Extended Diploma, visiting speakers, mentoring by employee volunteers, six weeks paid internship and employer-led seminars. There is also the opportunity to visit a European organisation to study their business systems.
