This course is for beginners, improvers and for those with some experience. No prior knowledge is necessary. Three different pastries will be demonstrated. The students will then make the three pastries which are Short crust pastry, Choux Pastry and Sweet Pastry. The Choux Pastry will be made into Profiteroles, the Sweet Pastry will be made into fruit tartlets and students can take home the Short crust Pastry.
