You will learn cake decorating skills and how to make flowers and other fancy decorations. You will need your own icing pump/bag, nozzle and apron after week 1. You will also be required to provide a cake or dummy for your final assessment. You will be required to bring some icing sugar paste, colouring and egg white powder for class practise.
