Master Jesse Tsao Workshop - Chen Style Tai Chi Xinjia Yilu (New Frame - Part 1)

Master Jesse will be helping students to develop their inner energy work, based on the first part of the Xinjia Form. Chen Style Tai Chi is the oldest style practiced today. This version of the long form known as the 'New Frame' introduces more complex whole-body twining and coiling movements and occasionally explosive releases of power.
