This is a great opportunity to be in a real working environment with support to help you to settle in and learn a job role. In College you gain a wide range of skills including personal preparation for work, independent travelling, job search skills and effective behaviour at work. Your abilities and interests are then matched to a job role with an employer who works in partnership with College. You will be on placement as an Intern for 6 months (minimum) where you learn and practise different tasks.
