Intermediate level apprentices in Retail will train as Sales Assistants, Customer Service Assistants and Stockroom Assistants as well as more specialist roles such as Beauty Consultants. The aim of this Apprenticeship is to contribute to meeting the skills shortages in the sector and to promote the sector as a career of choice to the wider community. Applicants should have a keen interest in providing high levels of customer service and can be flexible with their skills. Learners will work towards a number of widely recognised qualifications both on and off the job. Observations within the workplace will take place in order to establish the learner's competency at performing their job role to the correct standards.
