On this course, you will build up your basic knowledge of professional cookery. As a student on the programme, you will learn to work on specific stations (meat, fish, poultry and vegetables), as well as learn how to properly set up and close down kitchens, plan themed events and gain advanced knife skills. The course hosts internal and external competitions and offers you the chance to go on a two-week international visit to Italy, Germany and Turkey. This programme also offers you work experience in a range of catering companies, so you have the opportunity to put your skills to the test.
