This accredited course is a suitable first step if you wish to become a professional counsellor or life coach. You will learn one-to-one communication and relationship skills on the course. You can use these skills in a wide range of contexts and roles. You will receive a CPCAB (Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body) Level 2 Certificate in Counselling on successful course completion and assessment. Yes. You will be assessed and interviewed before you can enrol on the course. You will be taught using a variety of teaching and learning methods covering presentation, discussion, role plays, case studies, assignments, self reviews, group work, tutorials and practical activities. You will receive regular oral and written feedback from your tutor and peers throughout the course. You can give your views at enrolment,during and at the end of the course to your course tutor, internal verifier and other staff responsible for the programme. You will be able to formally record your views on the course at the end by completing an evaluation form. You may also complete SFA & OFSTED surveys.
