What will I do on the course?This course is an ideal first step towards a career in carpentry and joinery. You will learn and practise a range of skills in wood occupations, whilst also developing skills which will prepare you for entering employment in a construction or a furniture related craft.You will study:• first fixing before plasterwork, • basic joints, • carcassing floors and roofs, • using portable power tools
