Shame is a powerful, often hidden emotion. Through experiential exercises, discussion and some theoretical input, we'll explore the many faces of shame, its manifestations and ways therapy can help. This course is aimed at counsellors, other helping professionals and trainees. It is not aimed at people seeking help for the specific course subjects.
