Mindfulness based stress reduction

Manage stress and other difficulties more effectively through mindfulness meditation practices and learn how to integrate mindfulness into your everyday life. Awareness of the present moment can help you experience the richness of life more fully. Fee includes the cost of CDs essential to the course. Please note: This course is excluded from our usual refund and transfer policy. Please ensure you read the course outline fully to ensure the course is right for you. Transfers are not possible once the course has started. Cancellations must be made in writing 21 days before the start of the course to be eligible for a refund and a 20% admin charge will be deducted from the refund amount. Course times are Wed 18:00 - 20:00 with an additional Sunday session on 4th June 2016 from 10:30 - 15:30.
