Intermediate Level Apprenticeship in Customer Service

This apprenticeship is designed for applicants who are in paid employment within Customer Service, to achieve the theory and practical elements of the qualifications which recognise the skills they gain in the workplace. As a customer service apprentice, your exact duties will depend on your employer. It's likely that you'll be working with a team to handle various tasks which will involve dealing with internal and/or external customers. This sort of work requires a strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills.
