UPDATED 20160728 15:45:15

In this course we will work to produce a typical curry house style meal with starter main courses and all the accompaniments. A light interactive day where we aim to produce good food and be able to replicate the same in future. Through the course we will discuss and cook a two course menu. The day will begins with a quick talk through for the lesson plan and introduction to Indian spices and variations and demonstration wherever needed, with a few tips added in. You will be provided with a recipe, you will need to bring a dish cloth, tea towel and containers to take your food home in. The lessons are run on an informal basis which is fun to do whilst learning some new recipes and techniques.
