This course is a progression form the Improvers course. Learners will further develop the four language skills to a more advanced level enabling them to understand authentic materials from the French media and modern literature. The course is based on interactive and communicative methods and will be taught entirely in French. A variety of class activities will be used including role-play, games, listening to audio clips, French songs and viewing of French films. Class discussions on a variety of topics will take place on a regular basis and students will be strongly encouraged to express their views and opinions. There is no formal examination at the end of this course, but continuous assessment will be performed through class activities and weekly homework. Previous Experience and Knowledge Needed?
