Ideal for beginners, during this 2 week course you will be taught how to make large open roses which can be made on either a wired cone or unwired cone. You will be making individual petals to make the rose. The cost of the course does not include ingredients. The tutor will have a selection of food colour paste (Gel) of various colours available on the day at a small charge.
