You will learn how to perform a variety of hairdressing services, such as colouring and lightening hair, cutting hair using a range of techniques, styling and dressing. You will also learn to develop your communication and customer service skills when working with clients. You will learn how to operate the salon’s reception systems, from booking client appointments to offering retail services to clients.
