IT Professionals Apprenticeship - Level 2 and 3

The mandatory units of these programmes include: Level 2 and 3 - Health and Safety in ICT and develop own effectiveness and professionalism. You will also select from a range of optional units which may include: Level 2 - Software installation and upgrade, technical fault diagnosis and testing ICT systems. Level 3 - Investigating and defining requirements, data analysis and date structure and managing software development. One evening per week college attendance is required.
