Learn about different techniques, food groups, nutrition, clever shopping and lots more. Come along and join a relaxed and friendly class. You will learn a variety of basic cookery methods and you can achieve a Level 1 Home Cooking qualification. Bring a container to transport your food home. Bring a hair band to tie back long hair and an apron if you have one. Everything else including ingredients will be provided at no cost. You will have some targets to aim for which you will agree with your tutor. Jamie Oliver level 2 Cookery. you might like to try an improve your maths / English course. There are also lots of other cookery courses available.
