This course is designed to cover recipes and tips for special diets. This includes diabetic, coeliac, lactose, egg and nut free, vegan, halal and low fat. Other diets can be included, please contact the provider to discuss prior to joining if there is a specific diet you require which is not already listed. Learn new recipes for special diets and increase your cooking skills and knowledge. Please bring a container to transport food home. Bring a hair band to tie back long hair if necessary. Please bring an apron and notebook and pen if you have one. All ingredients are provided. You and your tutor will set some learning goals for you to aim for and assess these together as the course progresses. You can move on to a Jamie Oliver level 1 Home Cooking course. There are lots of other cookery courses available. You might like to brush up your maths and English, your tutor can help you find other courses if you want more information.
