GCE A Level in Creative Writing

This practical academic course requires you to study and produce different kinds of creative and professional writing, which can be produced for a range of media. You will develop your ability to write in prose fiction, prose non-fiction, poetry or script, either for page, performance, radio, screen or digital media. This course allows you to explore how writing is crafted in order to express individual visions, a process of discovery that will examine and refer to published examples, developing your critical and analytical skills, in order to apply these to your own work.
