Advanced Certificate in Personal Training

This qualification recognises the skills, knowledge and competence required for an individual to work unsupervised as a personal trainer. This includes being able to offer one-to-one training, baseline assessment, nutritional advice and progressive programming specific to the individual needs of a client. Courses are planned to run in: September - 20x Thursdays 6-9pm February - 20x Thursday 6-9pm Bespoke training dates for distance learning packages are also available - please contact us for details.
