Take the plunge and start to become part of the digital age but with someone there to hold your hand Learn to communicate online with various methods such as: email, 'chat' rooms, forums and skype. Start to feel more confident about researching the internet for hobbies and leisure pursuits. 5 x 2 hour sessions • Set up an email account and communicate with family and friends • Join a social networking site safely • Learn how to search effectively
