Studio Photography - Beginners

This course is an introduction to the equipment and techniques of studio photography. Through portraiture and still life you will be exploring the basics of using a lighting set up through practical exercises.During this course you will be exploring basic photographic techniques used in the studio environment. You will be introduced to a range of studio equipment and accessories. You will be involved in the following activities: • Working with studio equipment to produce images using one studio light techniques - low key • Working basic lighting patterns • Working with more complex lighting set ups to achieve high key images • Reviewing own and others studio photographs
