This short course is designed to give you a better understanding of what your digital camera can do and how to do it. Whether you have a point and shoot or a digital SLR, the course will give you the opportunity to explore the basic settings and modes so that you can start taking photographs with confidence.On the course you will cover the following these areas of photography: ??? Introduction to composition, including rules of thirds ??? Exposure compensation and white balance. ??? Transferring images to the computer ??? Setting image size and quality ??? Changing LCD display settings. ??? Changing the ISO to capture images in different lighting conditions ??? Flash options, when to use flash and what environments are the most appropriate ??? Camera pre-sets what works in which environments
