This course is suitable for anyone who finds that stress affects them and wants to reduce the impact of stress on their lives.This course consists of a half day workshop, looking at: Understanding what stress is. Share experiences and understanding of triggers. Learn how to avoid/ reduce triggers. Learn and practice techniques to reduce stress.
