This qualification is to provide professional development for practitioners already working at Level 3 who wish to develop skills of leadership, coaching and reflection. It is an ideal progression route to Level 5 in Leadership and Management and other possibilities include the role of SENCo. To meet the qualification delivery structure, Children’s Links, with their experience and knowledge of the children’s sector have developed a blended learning package. This includes on line workshops, professional discussions, distance learning support through skype, telephone and email. All learners will be allocated their own personal tutor.
