Level 3 Certificate in Swedish Massage

This course is suitable for those interested in learning basic massage techniques for the whole body, including face and scalp. You will be working practically on each other. The course also includes anatomy, physiology, health and safety. You will gain a Level 3 certificate in Swedish Body Massage with VTCT. The course is also suitable for candidates wishing to progress into the beauty therapy or holistic industry or just personal development.

Name: Level 3 Certificate in Swedish Massage Qualification title: Certificate in Swedish Massage (QCF) Qualification type: Assessment As this is an intensive course you will be expected to do a lot of theory work and home study to cover the anatomy, physiology and health and safety in order to pass the exam at the end of the course. You will present a portfolio of work on completion to include all theory work and evidence of all your practical treatments. Both practical and written units are internally assessed with multiple choice online or written final exams. Continuous practical assessment is used to teach & develop vocational competence. You will be required to massage fellow students and members of the public in a realistic working environment or clinic.
