Discover and experiment with printmaking. Each term this two part course will introduce beginners to a range of printmaking techniques including monoprint, drypoint, etching, collograph and linocut, whilst also providing tuition and guidance for returning and advanced learners. Suitable for all levels.

Entry requirements

Please bring: pencils, a small paintbrush and a sketchbook or notebook. Protective clothing is provided, or you can bring your own apron and rubber gloves. The course fee includes most studio consumables (ink, cleaning materials, solvents etc) but you will have to pay for paper, etching plates/ lino blocks etc. These are available to buy in the department at cost price.
