We will be carving wax and wood, mouldmaking with silicon rubber and casting in wax and resin (in the studio) and silver (off site) to make a series of finished jewellery pieces focusing on sculptural shaping. Suitable for all levels.

All tools needed to take part in the course are available in the workshop. We also provide wax, resin and wood in reasonable quantities for you to complete your projects. You will need to pay for casting your wax in silver and for any silver findings you may use. The tutor will advise you of the costs. Please bring: an apron, a small hard back notebook & a permanent pen A hairtie if your hair is long. No high heeled shoes or open toed sandals to class. Your shoes should cover your feet in order to provide some protection in the workshop. •NOTE: The casting of your wax will be done off site and there will be an additional cost for this process which the tutor will advise you on.
