Ceramic Saturdays : Beginners taster course

This course will allow you to get a feel of what it is like to work with clay and glaze and begin to understand it's potential to make a form. We will look at different types of clay and learn how to shape and mould it using a limited range of techniques. You will have time to experiment with the some options for decorating the clay surface through using clay coloured slip and completing the form with a basic introduction to glazing. There will be a charge for clay work to be glazed and fired NOTE TERM DATES Term 2 : dates 14/1/17 - 28/1/17 - 11/2/17- 4/3/17
