Salsa: Introduction

UPDATED 20160720 09:44:05

Have you always wanted to try Salsa but haven't yet put on your dance shoes and stepped out on the dance floor? Well let your journey start here! Our salsa courses are the perfect place to start. Across term-length courses you will learn the essential steps and fun moves. In the autumn term you will have an introduction to the different musical rhythms that make up salsa to get the full flavour of salsa dancing independently and with a partner. There is no need to be nervous. By the end of this introductory course (either Tuesdays or Saturdays) you will definitely get the salsa bug and be ready to join the spring and then summer terms (either Tuesdays or Saturdays) run at beginner level and later our Improvers/Intermediate 1 course. You do not need to bring a partner, but do feel free to join the study with your friends or family. You will meet plenty of new people along your salsa journey. Please wear comfortable dance shoes and clothing.
