This course is for those new to contact improvisation, though some basic previous experience of contact improvisation is an advantage. Come with a curiosity for exploring the body's appetite for moving. We will establish the basics of physical listening, tune into the floor as support and explore the possibilities within contact & weight sharing as the inspiration for an ever changing dance.
