A 90 minute advanced technique class; half-hour of core and leg strengthening exercise; with a further half-hour designated for Intermediate pointe work. Ballet: Advanced focusses on developing strength, movement vocabulary and musicality. The course suits those who wish to challenge their capabilities under professional supervision. Intermediate pointe is designed for students to build on and improve their existing pointe technique.
