This Apprenticeship will equip you with the knowledge and skills to provide a great service to customers in hotels, bars, pubs or clubs. The course will suit a person who is passionate about learning new techniques and improving their skills.This Apprenticeship covers the following areas: housekeeping, kitchen, front of house, reception or the bar and you’ll be able to choose the area which suits your job description, needs and circumstances.Some of the topics covered on the Apprenticeship include:Maintaining a safe, hygienic and secure working environmentGiving customers a positive impression of yourself and your organisationWorking effectively as part of a hospitality teamProviding a counter serviceOn successful completion of the programme, you will have a recognised and respected qualification which includes an NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality Services and Functional Skills in English and maths at Level 1.Good English and maths skills are essential for success in studying and for future employment prospects and so Croydon College ensures that these skills are developed in all learning opportunities.It’s also important to have good English and maths qualifications and so all students will study English and maths and work towards an appropriate level and type of qualification including GCSE.If you are interested in this apprenticeship please register your details via our Apprenticeship registration system.You will then be able to apply for the many Apprenticeship vacancies we have available.
