This course will suit a person who is passionate about learning new techniques and improving your skills in your chosen area.This Apprenticeship will give you the opportunity to learn how to prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, wines and beers in a professional manner. You’ll also learn how to look after a bar, boost your customer service skills and develop front of house skills.Topics covered include:Hygiene and food safety in cateringLegislation in food and beverage serviceMenu knowledge and designHandling payments and maintaining the payment pointTeamwork and customer serviceThe learning experience will be individual and fun, with on the job training with your supervisor and assessor or trainer.
