Teaching and learning is delivered in small blocks of learning, each linked to a specific assessment. There is a strong emphasis on practical skills development alongside the development of requisite knowledge and understanding of the sector via lectures, small group discussions, action learning, coaching and the application of management theories to individual work experience.
