You will cover a wide range of subjects such as Customer Service Airline services how to plan a trip for customers preparing for and working within the travel and tourism industry worldwide travel destinations UK destinations working as part of a team location geography using ICT in the workplace etc. You will also be offered the opportunity to further develop your language skills by studying a functional skills qualification in English.
