The programme is a 12-week personal development course, offering work experience, qualifications, practical skills, community projects and a residential week. You will learn to work more effectively with others in a team, to take responsibility for tasks and develop communication skills. You will undertake a variety of activities including a project based in the local community, participating in a team challenge and staging a team presentation. The programme will help you to build confidence and motivation and to think about your future, including preparation of a post-programme development plan.
