This course is suitable if you wish to work with children. You will study the development and care of children, providing play activities and health and safety. English language classes will help you to develop your literacy skills. To qualify you to work with children in a school, nursery or preschool, you will need to progress to a Level 2 qualification. As part of the course you will complete a work skills programme that will prepare you for future employment.
