This ICT pre-apprenticeship will give you the confidence and skills required for an apprenticeship. It will give you a good grounding in communicating in the IT industry and understanding the impact of IT on individuals, companies, communities and society. It will also introduce you to the world of IT support, including user problems and requests to structured IT systems. During the course, you will also study for a Level 2 in Work Skills (Employability). This will develop your skills and understanding working with various kinds of customers, colleagues and work situations. These are key skills required in any industry.
