Formerly the NVQ level 4 in Health and Social care and the Level 4 Leadership in Management for Care Services. This Qualification will show that you have the skills needed to keep a care provision running smoothly. This 2 year qualification gives you the opportunity to build both your managerial and care skills, allowing you to help more people. It also fulfils the regulatory requirement (CQC) for those looking to become managers of adult residential, domiciliary services and children's services. This is a 2 year course but can be completed sooner if you have previous paper based knowledge that we can reference over.
