Students will study for a BTEC Extended Certificate in Health and Social Care. This is equivalent to one A-Level. BTECs are vocational qualifications designed to give students the skills they need to either move on to higher education or go straight into employment. BTECs are work-related qualifications suitable for a wide range of students. They're built to accommodate the needs of employers. They provide a practical, real-world approach to learning without sacrificing any of the essential subject theory. They can be taken alongside, or in place of A Levels.
