Study Programme Customer Service This full-time programme focuses on improving the English, Maths, Personal & Social development and employment readiness skills for learners aged 16-19. Citizenship is embedded into this course of study with heavy emphasis on work preparation whilst studying a vocational qualification. The vocational focus of this programme is Customer Service.The Customer Service qualification covers the basic elements of how to deliver an excellent customer experience. Students will learn a range of skills from answering the telephone to applying legislation.
