Whilst studying towards this qualification the following units will be covered: * Working in the hairdressing industry * Maintaining health and safety in the salon * Client consultation for hair services * Shampoo and condition the hair and scalp * Promote products and services to clients in a salon * Cut women's hair * Colour and lighten hair * Provide perming services * The art of dressing hair * Create an image based on a theme, within the hair and beauty sector * Display stock to promote sales in the salon Please note students will be required to provide their own kit at a cost of £64.99*.(*students may be eligible for financial help towards this cost).
